Feminine Longevity & Performance Architect
Train harder. Be stricter. Push through. And for a while⦠it worked. Until it didn't.
I started noticing more fatigue, less clarity, my body not responding the same way as before. And the more I pushed, the worse it got.
That's when I realized: what works for weight loss & performance isn't always what works for women long-term. In order to maintain my results, I had to relearn everything. How to train, how to eat, how to regulate my nervous system, how to actually listen to my body.
Not by adopting the typical "doing less" approach. Also, not in a pushing, forcing way by overriding all the alarm signals (because I couldn't anymore). But rather, in a precise, structured way.
That's what became the foundation of Aligned Her.
"The female body isn't something you can override when it starts changing. It's a system to understand, and master."Lola Lamarche
After working at a high-end longevity clinic in the Cayman Islands, I understood firsthand how the Canadian healthcare system (and traditional medicine) was failing women. Cookie-cutter protocols, ignored symptoms, one-size-fits-all approaches.
I left the island to build something different. A coaching experience inspired from the holistic medicine systems of Grand Cayman, accompanied with my own knowledge of feminine energy and polarity. One that treats women as the complex, powerful systems they are.
Today, I help high-performing women optimize their hormones, regulate their nervous system, and extend their healthspan. Without losing their softness, intuition, or femininity.
These are more than words. They're the foundation of everything I build.
Working with the body, not against it. Aligning habits with biology, ambition with purpose.
Understanding systems, refining processes. Precision over hacks. Getting better, not just busier.
Intuition & Softness can become superpowers. The feminine energy can be harnessed as a performance tool.
High standards without self-destruction. Long-term results. Sustainability over quick fixes.
Women should understand their own bodies. Knowledge is power. Independence over dependency.
Compassion without sugarcoating. Meeting people where they are, then leading them higher.
